Our handy multi-media guide offers information on the vast array of artwork, tapestries, ceramics and furniture on display. Book online with tickets or on arrival at the north entrance for a small charge.

Garden buggy tours

Enjoy a 45-minute buggy tour of our 105-acre garden in the company of an expert guide. Pre-book online or check availability on the day of your visit.
Belvedere tours
Daily until 29 October | £5 per person
Get a bird's eye view of our garden and park with this special tour of the Belvedere. Please be aware that access to the Belvedere includes a winding staircase.
In the farmyard
Halloween themed half term fun
23 October - 3 November
Creepy crafts, pumpkin carving, face painting and a spooktacular tractor and trailer ride - enjoy a Halloween themed half term at the farmyard.
Animal handling in the Poultry House
Take some time out to get up close with a few of our smaller furry friends.
Animal feeding
Pick up a bag of animal food and give our friendly animals a snack. A small fee applies.
Run wild in the playground
Swing, climb and splash around the great outdoors.
Milking demonstration
Fun and educational – seeing our cows and goats be milked is a great way to learn about where their favourite drink comes from.

Get stuck in to some seasonal crafts - we have all the supplies ready for you.

Enjoy an autumnal adventure in Stand Wood, where children will discover folklore and fungi before making a bird feeder to take home.

All income from membership goes directly to the Chatsworth House Trust charity and is reinvested in the preservation, improvement and upkeep of Chatsworth, essential conservation work and out learning and community outreach programme.
